Shipping, Delivery, Returns and Storage

During periods of high temperatures, we may be unable to ship our chocolates, but will inform you of any delay.

All of our products are produced in small batches. We aim for shipment within 1- 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive notification when your order has shipped. There may be delays during busy periods such as Easter or Christmas, or if a product ordered is out of stock. 

STORAGE CONDITIONS

DON’T REFRIGERATE – Chocolate needs to be kept in a cool dry place, away from sunlight and other strong flavours.  Ideal temperatures are 13-20 degrees centigrade

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available for orders over £10 within a 3-mile radius. We charge £2 for local delivery or feel free to collect.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or unwanted items. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please notify us immediately. We may require the goods to be returned to us.

Refunds and replacements are offered entirely at Annemade Chocolates discretion and we reserve the right to issue them in whichever way we deem appropriate. Please see Terms and Conditions for details.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel info@annemadechocolates.com with your order details and a photo of the item’s condition.
