2.2 Pricing: All prices for our handmade chocolates are listed in GBP (British Pounds) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2.3 Payment: We accept payment through secure payment methods listed on our website. Payment is due at the time of order placement.

2.4 As an on-line purchase the customer has a right to a cooling off period of 14 days.  For perishable goods, such as chocolates, the cooling off period ends when the package seal is broken. Unless the product is damaged, defective or not as ordered (see clause 3.4) We are unable to provide a refund for any item once the package has been opened,

3.4 Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned products. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
